Assistant Project Manager – Land Development
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This fantastic role will suit someone looking to work on various projects in a friendly and supportive team with a growing market leader. This role can be located at either our Norwest or Sydney CBD offices, which are both conveniently located near public transport and entertainment.

Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, executing, and finalising projects while maintaining an understanding of our clients’ projects and unique commercial drivers
- Assist the Project Management Team in achieving project goals and milestones, specifically within the subdivision and land development sector, ensuring smooth project progression and timely delivery
- Manage day-to-day project activities, resources, and budgets
- Assist with status reporting on project milestones, deliverables, and risk issues
- Monitor and track project outcomes, resolving issues or conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables
- Engaging with authorities and agencies and fostering collaborative relationships between the project team and external stakeholders
- Assist in performing the duties of contract superintendent and administrator, applying knowledge of construction practices, relevant legislation, and standard contracts
- Assist in the preparation of fee proposals for new projects and contract variations across multiple disciplines
- Contribute to the strength of the project management team by sharing your knowledge, insights, ideas and industry intel, ensuring that the team remains highly respected within the industry.
Skills and Expertise
- Bachelor of Engineering, Planning, Project/Construction Management, or other related disciplines
- +2 Years Industry Experience in land development and subdivision projects
- An understanding of project and program management principles, methods, and techniques
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Self-motivated and decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- White Card - Construction Induction Training Card (preferred)
