Today marks 10 years in business for The Orion Group.
Orion started from humble beginnings in Sydney and evolved quickly into a leading professional services firm specialising in development and infrastructure.
Orion lives and thrives because of 120 professionals who are committed to the business across NSW and a rocketing new presence in QLD with more (people and offices) to come online this year across Australia.
Our strategy has been to leverage our excellent people, deliver results for clients and the community, and use the value we create to grow. We have successfully converted the growth into career pathways for our people and a more valuable offering for our clients. Out of this, we’ve built a perpetual motion machine of opportunity that is in full swing.
It’s a good time to stop and acknowledge all the people, partners, projects, clients, and bloody hard work that has got us here, but we’re not a business that pauses very long. We are already onto the next transformation of Orion, creating opportunities for our people and clients, and adding value to projects.
While I don’t know precisely what Orion will look like in another 10 years, I know exactly where we are headed, and this journey has only just begun.
