The Orion Group recently obtained a clean bill of health from the annual audit of its Integrated Management System. Our external certifiers, Sustainable Certification, confirmed in its Surveillance Audit Report, that it had identified zero NCs (Non-Conformances) and zero OFIs (Opportunities for Improvement).
We’re proud of what we’ve achieved, but we’re always looking for ways to grow and improve.
The Audit Report identified that the proactive approach being taken by the Orion Group had already identified any NCs or OFIs through its own internal audits, documentation reviews, and ongoing business engagement. The definition of a clear IMS Action Plan, priority setting and scheduled progress meetings with a highly engaged management team demonstrates that the Orion Group is committed to the commercial and operational value that can be achieved through a desire for continual improvement.
The Orion Group is becoming increasingly involved in complex infrastructure projects for a range of government and private clients. We recognise that our clients and stakeholders are relying on us to consistently deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
Whilst our certification has always covered all disciplines across our NSW offices, were are extremely excited to have been able to extend our IMS to now capture our new QLD Orion Group office in Brisbane.
We are extremely proud of what we do, and we are extremely proud of who we are. But there is ALWAYS room for improvement.
