At Orion, we recognise that mental health should be prioritised every day. Orion has a dedicated Mental Health first aider in our team as well as an Employee Assistance Plan to give our team access to professionals to speak to if they want to. Orion has also worked with Transitioning Well who have provided mental health coaching for members of our team funded by SafeworkNSW. A great initiative for all workplaces to take part in.
